Have you heard about Red Flag laws?
If not, it may be one of the most dangerous laws attacking our second amendment rights.
5 States have already put one of these laws into place and many other states are thinking of doing the same.
California, Connecticut, Indiana, Washington and Oregon – have enacted “red-flag” laws that empower relatives and close friends, as well as law enforcement officers, to ask judges to issue “gun violence restraining orders.”

Red flag laws let police confiscate guns without due process. Suspending the Constitution in a secret hearing.
The gun owners are barred from participating in the hearings or arguing their side of the dispute.
After a fixed period of time —up to 21 days — the gun owner can ask for a court hearing to restore his or her constitutional rights.
But guess what?
Few courts are willing to second-guess themselves and reverse the Gun Confiscation Order which has been issued.
This is real and this is scary. It can be sold to the public as getting guns away from individuals with issues.
But anyone can see that your second amendment right will be in the hands of many people other than you. Your rights will be stripped.
This isn’t fear peddling…. This is a fact!
